FEE SCHEDULE
The Daviess County Property Valuation Administrator's (PVA) data base is available for purchase. Distribution of PVA information is guided by KRS 133.047. Each purchaser of products must sign a release agreement accepting certain terms of this service. The agreement provides a waiver of liability, an acknowledgement of preliminary status, and an agreement not to resell or further distribute the product purchased without written permission from the Daviess County PVA.

** Beginning July 1, 2008, The PVA office will offer a sales search option. You may search all sales in our database. The fee for this service is $240.00 for a 1 year subscription or $35.00 for a 1 month period. A request for reproduction form must be filled out and approved by the Property Valuation Administrator in order to be granted access. The link for this form is in the second paragraph of this page.
The purpose is to be a specific-use, single-purpose with no resale of data.
